PRODUCT SHELF LIFE/STORAGE

As all of the products are made from natural ingredients and do not contain any chemicals or preservatives, the recommended shelf life is 2 months.
All oil based products have a shelf life of 12 months once opened.

All products must be stored in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and water.

PRODUCTION TIMES

All of our products are handmade to order therefore please allow 1 -3 days for production.

SHIPPING

Orders are sent via 

• Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class - Delivery within in 2-3 business days.
• Royal Mail 1st Class - Delivery within 1-2 business days.
• Royal Mail 24hr Tracked - Delivery next business day.

Please ensure you select the right shipping method at checkout as this cannot be changed. 

If you have not received your order within 7 working days of dispatch email, please contact us via email so we can have this resolved for you as soon as possible.
